About JuCE
Our vision is to build the future of our children with purpose, clarity and intentionality.
We hope to build a Nigeria where our children’s career paths are intentionally thought through, cultivated and chosen. JuCE will expose young children to as many career paths as possible; we hope that by doing this, children and young people are equipped with insights, tools (academic and non-academic), which are needed to arrive at their desired globally relevant careers.

Our Initiatives
At JuCE, there are several initiatives designed to expose young children to different career paths and help them navigate their own career interests. We organize career talks, presentations and fireside chats featuring successful young professionals who share their career journeys and insights with our students. Our internship and open day programs provide students with hands-on experience in their chosen fields. Our mentorship program is designed to give dedicated JuCE children 1:1 career guidance as they navigate their path.

Join Us
Join us in our mission to provide young children with access to various careers and mentorship. Whether you're a student, a professional, or corporate institution, there are many ways to get involved with JuCE. Volunteer your time, donate to our children's future, or partner with us for open days and internships, or simply spread the word about our initiatives.
Juvenile Career Education (JuCE) Africa is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Nigerian children through career exposure, guidance, and mentorship, and equipping them to make informed decisions about their future. In alignment with Sustainable Development Goals 4,5 & 8, we promote equal access to quality education and career opportunities, ensuring inclusivity regardless of gender, disability, or socio-economic background. We actively work to eliminate gender disparities by encouraging girls and boys to explore diverse career paths, breaking stereotypes, and fostering equal opportunities. Additionally, we support a seamless transition from education to employment by providing mentorship, internships, and hands-on career insights, reducing the number of youths not engaged in education, employment, or training. At Juvenile Career Education (JuCE) Africa, we believe every child deserves to discover their passion and be empowered to pursue their dreams thereby contributing to a more inclusive, skilled, and prosperous society.
